Terms & Conditions

Below are our terms and conditions:

1. All rates are inclusive of 5% VAT except 10% Service Charge.
2. Rates are not inclusive of Breakfast.
3. Non-confirmation of any reservation, a deposit will be required upon arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy: NO REFUND after guaranteed reservation; reuse attracts 50% extra charge.
5. Check- Out Time 12.00pm,Check-In Time 12.30pm.
6. An additional 50% of room rate will be charged for all late Check-Out
7. Full room rate will be charged for late Check-Out after 18.00 hours.
8. Payment can be made with all major currencies at the prevailing Exchange Rate.
9. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
10. A No-show fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged for guaranteed reservations that are not cancelled within 48 hours.
11. Mode of payment: Cash, Cheques, and POS only.
12. Smoking is restricted to smoking rooms only.
13. No adjustments will be made to the rate after the arrival date.
14. For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
